Our Commitment and Zero-Tolerance Policy

Our Business and Supply Chains
Man with Van Coombe provides transport, removals, and related services. Our supply chains include vehicle and equipment suppliers, fuel providers, storage facilities, maintenance and repair services, recruitment channels, and various professional and administrative service providers.
We recognise that risks of modern slavery can arise at different points within these supply chains, particularly where labour is low paid, temporary, subcontracted, or sourced through third party agencies. We are committed to identifying and mitigating these risks through appropriate due diligence and ongoing engagement with our suppliers.
Supplier Due Diligence and Audits
We are strengthening our supplier onboarding and management processes to help ensure that modern slavery risks are effectively addressed. As part of this approach, we may carry out due diligence and proportionate audits on higher risk suppliers. Where areas for improvement are found, we will update our policies and processes and communicate relevant changes to staff and, where appropriate, to suppliers.
